Great Pecan Pie 

• 20 Ritz crackers crunched
• 3 egg whites beaten until stand in peaks
• gradually add 1/2 cup sugar
• add 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup pecans or walnuts
• Pour into pie pan
• Bake 325 degree for 30 minutes
• Let stand 2 hours before adding whip cream to each piece as you serve it.
• Sit back and receive the compliments.
